This project began as an insurance claim after a hidden leak from a kitchen ceiling pipe caused moisture damage throughout the home. Over time, the moisture led to widespread interior damage, including peeling paint and failing drywall tape across multiple rooms.

Our team removed damaged drywall from both ceilings and walls, properly addressing the affected areas before installing new drywall throughout the home. Once repairs were complete, we painted the entire interior, restoring a clean, consistent finish across every space.

Additional scope included removal and replacement of LVP flooring in the kitchen, new tile installation above the basement hot tub, and full basement repainting. The result is a fully restored home with refreshed finishes, improved durability, and a like-new interior—completed seamlessly through the insurance restoration process.
